These are the first clouds we saw during our vecation. I guess, we have been very lucky sofar. Therefore it was important to wear sunglasses - and the boys got some new ones, because their old ones were hurting - and the new ones turnes them into little teenagers...
We were walking in the national park and heard deer belling real close, so close, that we got excited a bit.

A beautiful day in the Swiss Alps. We were on the Muottas Muragl and did a lot of hiking. This small sea is called Lej Muragl.

Stefan - during his very last day of Siwss military service.
We (family) met him on the ruine called Guarda Val above Madulain. He is suposed to help to cook for the 160+/- other soldiers arriving tonight. It is a special group called "train" soldiers, who still move around with working horses. I think this is a nostaligic left over of former days.
In normal life (we have a militia system) he plans for diggers with a GPS System, which gives the driver a full 3D picture of the whole he has to dig on a monitor.

Spending some days with the family in Madulain, Grisons (Graubünden) we went to fetch some fresh milk from the farmer.
Antonia Etter is in charge for the small calfs and gives them warm mothercow milk from the bottle.
We got some nice cheese (from the alp lavirun), some milk in our oldstyle milk can and 10 eggs (two days old - todays eggs are harder to peel). She is a busy women and I had like 10sec to make the shot of her (if I can continue working, she said).

If you are small and spend your days in the gras, don't fall asleep - there could be some danger coming.
I did (hopefully) this years last lawnmoving. And instead of doing all, i decided to do my dayly picture with the last bit. Looking back it would have been better to cut the gras just infront of the camera, to have free view on the rotating knife (yes, it was rotationg full speed here - that's how fast 1/16 of flash can be).
